To the Members of the DSAO,
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the result of the implementation of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, the 2019 DSAO AGM scheduled to take place on March 29th, 2020, has been postponed until such time that a meeting can be safely and legally constituted under Provincial, Federal and Municipal law.
The Board has passed a motion to extend the term of the Board of Directors until such time that an AGM can legally be constituted in accordance to our Club’s by-laws, at a time and place that ensures the safety of our Members.
The health and safety of our Members is our highest priority. The Board continues to meet on a regular basis to discuss the changes brought about by the COVID-19 Pandemic and we will provide updates to our Membership as they arrive. Please note that all 2019 Season Memberships are also extended. We will open up the 2020 Season Membership applications immediately following the AGM.
